Paul Bovell, President

Paul is the founder, president and owner of Division 2 Contracting and Division 2 Environmental, and is also the senior project manager for all Division 2 Contracting projects. Paul has extensive experience with select and technical structural demolition, concrete cutting and excavation and holds CSA Z317.13 certifications for infection control during construction in healthcare facilities.

Darcy Garland, General Superintendent

Darcy is the general superintendent for Division 2 Environmental. Darcy is responsible for overseeing the daily site operations for Division 2 Environmental. Darcy came to Division 2 Environmental in 2017, bringing with him over 20 years experience with hazardous material abatement. Darcy holds, among others, moderate and high risk abatement certifications, as well as a CSA Z317.13 certification for infection control in healthcare facilities.
