Paul Bovell, President

Paul is the founder, president and owner of Division 2 Contracting and Division 2 Environmental, and is also the senior project manager for all Division 2 Contracting projects. Paul has extensive experience with select and technical structural demolition, concrete cutting and excavation and holds CSA Z317.13 certifications for infection control during construction in healthcare facilities.

Martyn Corey, Director of Operations

Martyn Corey is the Director of Operations for Division 2 Environmental. Martyn brings over 20 years of experience with demolition, restoration and abatement projects, with a focus on demolition and abatement for the past 10 years. Prior to joining Division 2, Martyn led one of the largest abatement companies in Western Canada.

Darcy Garland, General Superintendent

Darcy is the general superintendent for Division 2 Environmental. Darcy is responsible for overseeing the daily site operations for Division 2 Environmental. Darcy came to Division 2 Environmental in 2017, bringing with him over 20 years experience with hazardous material abatement. Darcy holds, among others, moderate and high risk abatement certifications, as well as a CSA Z317.13 certification for infection control in healthcare facilities.

PARM JAIYA

HSE

Parm Jaiya, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager

Parm is the HSE Manager for Division 2 Contracting and Division 2 Environmental. Parm joined Division 2 in 2017 in an administrative capacity and moved into the HSE position shortly thereafter. Parm holds, among others, CSO, TSC, COR internal auditor, AHERA Building Inspector and Moderate and High Risk Abatement certifications. Parm led Division 2 through its successful BCCSA COR certification in early 2021.
